The Dedicated Platform for Senior Strategic In-House Resourcing Leaders
The RL Hub was born out of years of experience within the RL100, a dedicated safe-space for a group of Resourcing Leaders to challenge each other, learn from one another and attend events together.
2022 opened the door to the wider community, and created a space which features multiple peer-to-peer conversation groups, event info, Q&A’s, Resourcing Leader jobs, resources, industry intel, marketplace info and more.

You can find your own profile by selecting the profile icon on the bottom navigation bar and viewing and editing your profile picture, posts, details, and much more!
Groups
Each group is its own community that serves a specific purpose. Groups allow you to access specific and relevant content and provides a space to post your own content, pose questions and interact with other members.
Events
Our Leadership events are open to all leaders, however if you are an RL Hub Member, you will have priority access to all events
Posts
You can post in any group you are a member of. Your first post within the App should be introducing yourself to the rest of the Network within the ‘Introductions Group’.
RL100
Membership to the RL100 is open all year around and based on contribution to the community, if you’re willing to take that extra step and get involved simply take part and you’ll be recognised.
Ask questions and support your peers
Our conversation channels and, in particular, the ever-popular Q&A channel, is where users can pose all of their burning questions, share their expertise, and connect with a community that is facing similar/communal challenges.
Our Jobs channel has also proved to be a valuable asset – RL Hub users post active roles that they have been approached about, with the consent of the head hunter, for other Members to take advantage of.
