The RL100 and the extended community of the RL Hub is Europe’s leading peer network for senior in-house resourcing leaders. Committed to creating positive change in the world of resourcing, the RL Community aims to elevate the standard of resourcing at all levels and raise the profile of resourcing as a profession.

In 2022, the RL Hub was formed as an extension of the RL100 giving all members access to a safe-space to learn collectively from fellow industry leaders and the brightest minds in the industry.

The RL100 is a group of 100 dedicated in-house leaders which aim to contribute to wider industry projects and further the outside perspective of the TA Industry.

The Resourcing Leaders Hub

In 2022, the RL100 opened its doors to form the The Resourcing Leaders Hub. This platform is open to all senior in-house Resourcing Leaders from across the industry to take part in active community discussion with their fellow practitioners.

Since 2019, the Talent Acquisition Maturity Matrix continues to evolve exploring how has the world of TA has changed, what impact these changes have upon ways of working, and if these changes will be sustained over time or will TA see a return to their previous ways of working. Resourcing Leaders Summer Summit

The RL100 Summit’s are an all-expenses-paid* 1.5 day retreat featuring two groups of 30 of the top Resourcing Leaders to break their routine, share knowledge, and learn from each other in a relaxed, professional environment. Throughout the event, both groups will have opportunities to come together and at the end of the first day the RL100 will be hosting a champagne reception and a delicious dinner for all to enjoy.
