To be responsible for the Talent Acquisition strategy for their company
To have responsibility or influence an annual budget
To be directly managing a team of Talent or Resourcing practitioners
To be in no way remunerated by an industry supplier
To not be currently employed by an RPO, but can be supplied by an RPO – if using an in-house organisation email
