Thank you for your interest in the RL Community. In order to be accepted, you must fit the RL Community criteria, which is as follows:

• To be responsible for the Talent Acquisition strategy for their company

• To have responsibility or influence an annual budget

• To be directly managing a team of Talent or Resourcing practitioners

• To be in no way remunerated by an industry supplier

• To not be currently employed by an RPO, but can be supplied by an RPO – if using an in-house organisation email
