RL100

We celebrate and spotlight our most engaged and influential community members who actively contribute, share insight, and help move the profession forward. Our RL100 members are the change-makers of the TA industry and all frequently use the RL Community Hub.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to join the community you must:

Have ultimate responsibility or influence on an annual budget.

Be directly managing a team of Talent or Resourcing Practitioners

Have extensive experience working with recruitment software (i.e. ATS)

Have experience in adopting and integrating new technologies into processes

Be in no way remunerated by an industry supplier

Not be currently employed by an RPO, but can be supplied by an RPO – if using an in-house organisation email

After applying, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified within a week. Once your application is accepted, you will be sent an invitation via email to join the community with your profile set up.
