What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
Redesigning our contingent process, challenging how we have done things in the past and watching the successes and personal growth of the TA team.
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
I’ve been help to reach out and gain guidance when I don’t have the knowledge or need another perspective enabling me to challenge myself. Sometimes it’s just the support knowing you have somewhere to go and you are not the only one battling the daily TA challenges.
What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
Another tough year to start where AI will continue to be the hot topic and TA teams will have to be more imaginative to get past the looming skill shortage
