Tom is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader focused on empowering his teams to thrive and do their best work. He leads through significant change within highly complex international environments and has a proven track record of successfully delivering business-critical hiring across large EMEA organisations. He has built, led, and developed diverse teams of Senior Recruiters across multiple EMEA geographies.

His strengths lie in people leadership and development, senior stakeholder partnering, and designing and executing talent strategies. He is committed to fostering a inclusive team environment and is highly collaborative, authentic, and optimistic in his approach.

Away from work, he is a father of twins, a husband, and an avid sports fan. He enjoys coaching his son’s football team on weekends, watching his daughter’s stage performances and travelling the world to watch different sports events.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

I was very proud to take the stage at RecFest 2025. It was an ambition ever since attending my first one so it felt to be sharing our AI in TA journey on the Resourcing Leaders stage.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

A human driven but agentic AI enabled TA industry . Agentic AI will change our roles significantly and we must be prepared to adapt now in order to join that evolution. The human part of our roles, that often gets lost in the day to day drudgery of systems and admin, will be more crucial than ever and will differentiate the strongest TA teams from their peers.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Undergoing a, global, unified career and hiring platform change. Adopting an AI powered ATS and Internal mobility/career platform.

Transition to fully skills based assessment model.

Looking into a piloting an ex-offenders hiring program.
