Tania has been in talent for 14 years across industries such as engineering, rail, broadcasting, and more recently policing. She is particularly interested in organisational design, assessment strategy, talent management, and workforce planning. When not working you’ll find Tania cooking, trying to fit in a gym visit, and planning an adventure.

What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

Having joined the Met Police in 2024 I am proud of the impact I have been able to have within the first 10 months. In particular leading my team through a period of uncertainty and constant change, while delivering results that have included redesign of promotion assessment processes and implementation of a new Met wide performance and development framework.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

The RL community has been fantastic in giving me inspiration for new ways of working and sharing innovative ideas.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Continuously doing more with less and being able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
