Like many of us, my career started an agency in investment banking, and took a course in house to Sky, IBM, Sage and some consulting along the way. The majority of my experience is in SaaS/Tech businesses and I’ve managed teams (both delivery and strategy) of up to 26 people. I’m passionate about data/metrics, candidate experience, and TA tech.
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
The TA world has been a challenging place the last couple of years but I’m particularly proud of the agility and resilience. I’ve developed during various job searches whilst retaining an active part in this fantastic community.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
TA needs to continue to adapt to operating more lean, and more tech savvy. We are not indispensable unless we continue to evolve.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
In my current organisation we will be looking at resource planning and headcount planning properly for the first time reminding me that going back to basics is always important. In addition we are adding to our tech stack and applying discipline and data measurement in ways the business has not seen before
