Collaborated with internal stakeholders and external partner to bring Values and Behaviours into the business to help shape the next stage of growth. Also played a key role in a large restructure process ensuring an efficient, human-centered application process for those facing redundancy processes.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Talent Acquisition is undergoing a major transformation with AI reshaping processes for both candidates and businesses. The challenge is to maintain human-centered, skills- and behavior-based selection while managing high-volume applications at speed. With increased scrutiny, TA faces heightened risk of candidate complaints and challenges—making precision and fairness more critical than ever.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Embedding Values & Behaviours into our culture through assessment for selection and development project with an external OccPsych vendor supporting. Building out our Employer branding in-house to bring this out to the Pre-employees.
Revamped Early careers strategy bringing creative talent to the organisation through placements, and more strategic plan for Grads and school leavers.
Creation of Retail hiring playbooks for Global stores and the empowerment of Retail Leadership into the delivery of their own recruitment.
