An experienced talent acquisition leader with almost 20 years’ professional services experience. Sarah’s experience ranges from running her own legal executive search agency and being a UK Board member of a NASDAQ listed recruitment business, to leading the global talent acquisition and mobility functions of a fast-growing international law firm.
In her current role, she works closely with the CEO and global leadership teams to define, develop and execute the strategic growth priorities for the firm. As part of this, she leads the executive search function, delivering key senior hires, teams, and new offices in existing and target jurisdictions.
Sarah is a keen and active supporter of social mobility and neurodiversity initiatives, both professionally and personally.
She is a proud mum, who loves to travel, and eats too much cheese.
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
In recognition of the work that I have delivered for my firm this past 18 months, I have been asked to design a new, more senior role for myself, that will enable me to be at the heart of the strategic growth of the firm over the next few years.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Those who can effectively and efficiently harness the incredible advancements in technology AND successfully channel the high EQ needed to influence people will be in most demand. The need to be commercially fluent and adaptable in communication style will increase.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Delivering an amended growth strategy and related workstreams that focuses on the impact of AI advancements on the size, shape, and skills of our future work force.
The delivery of at least one new jurisdiction to our network.
A new ATS. I am already dreading this one.
