Sarah is a passionate and pragmatic talent acquisition leader, responsible for leading and advising on global recruitment strategy and delivery, advising senior business leaders and partners on the best approach. Areas of expertise include employer branding and recruitment marketing, driving global recruitment projects, technology, inclusive hiring, advising offices on strategic recruitment initiatives, at all levels of recruitment into the firm globally, and leading a global network of HR and talent acquisition colleagues in our quest to be an employer of choice.
She is an In-house recruitment expert and team leader with over 26 years experience of devising recruitment strategies to recruit generalist and specialist candidates within extremely competitive markets. A former chair of the RL100 she has been a part of the group for the last 8 years.
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Leading on the hiring which was for a new office opening. Embedding Smartrecruiters. Maintaining 70% direct recruitment across the function, being a employer of choice in many of our markets but most of all leading a winning and collaborative team.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Ai – the rate at which it can develop vs the rate at which organisations can adopt it and become comfortable with the risk elements.

Continued AI, employer branding, further ATS adoption.
