What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
TA team sizes contracting with an increased reliance of embedded/RPO’s. AI/Automation adoption increasing for administrative/sourcing level while the need for advisors/ strategic leadership demand also growing.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
ATS implementation. Oracle has already been in flight for the last 6 months. Embedding new tools including Brighthire and GoodTime.
