Rebecca is a highly experienced TA leader who has operated across FTSE top 20 companies and financial services organisations in a career spanning 20 years in TA. In her current role at bp she is leading the transformation of the TA function through technology and AI as well as delivering RPO, attraction, candidate experience and other cutting edge solutions.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

I delivered bp’s strategic Joint & Welcome transformation programme – one of 3 major initiatives transforming HR at bp to be digital to drive a 7figure saving for bp across the next 3 years, including a new global careers site, 3 new AIs and a new recruiting agent.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

Further automation and agentic recruiting with TA becoming a strategic partner at executive level and recruiters engaging in “moments that matter” with highly automated and effective processes taking over from the laborious process and procedures of old.

Agentic recruiting, more AI, candidate experience and hiring manager micro transactions
