Rebecca has been in internal recruitment for 17 years and is interested in TA technology and A.I., transformation, and the TA experience for our recruiters, candidates and stakeholders. She’s always looking at cutting edge ways of working and the future of TA. Rebecca loves to renovate property and read – particularly history books, when time allows.
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
We’ve started implementing our first wave of new technology that will leap the T.A. experience forward significantly. We’re doing things that are “firsts”
within our HR function and we’re very excited for the results in 2025.
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
Attending the summits has enabled me to gain broader perspectives, provided ideas, and most importantly connect with industry peers. As a Resourcing Leader community there is so much knowledge across truly diverse topics: from diversity, to marketing, to engaging the C-suite, to A.I., to analytics. The experience of the group is so broad, global, and as a collective so supportive and engaged.
Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
More automation, driving towards a more interactive experience for everyone involved in the recruiting process. A.I. will bring challenges and advancements at an even more rapid pace than 2024, leading to enormous transformation.
