How has the RL Community helped you this year?

The community is my go-to for expert advice and opinions about all things TA. The group are always so supportive whether it be advice about launching Military hiring programmes or Disability hiring strategies someone is always there to lend a hand and guide.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

Automation is going to be rolled out at record speed reducing manual work flows and providing more Talent Advisory time.
