What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

1. Developing a career returners programme and implementing that within an organisation, hiring 20 skilled people who have been out of work for at least 18 months, investing in them and creating an opportunity to for them to get back into the corporate world.
2. Being recognised twice as the top 11 most influential recruiters by recruiter magazine (2022 and 2024)

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

With AI becoming more front and centre, my prediction is the TA will be very much split between AI utilisation and the human touch. AI will be used to support with front and back end of the process but there will still be a need for human intervention.

Skills based hiring – the movement of recruiting based on skills and ability as opposed to CV and competency. Assessment frameworks will need to change to support this and will very much become the norm as opposed to applying to roles with a CV and cover letter.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

– strategic resourcing
– internal mobility
– moving to a more proactive recruitment hiring model
