Paul has worked in HR for 25 years, starting in learning then moving to progressively more senior OD and Talent Management roles. He has lived in France, UK, USA, and Australia and held country and region based roles.
Paul moved to head up TA globally in 2014 for Thales and lead the transformation of disparate local recruitment activities into a new global model. Since 2020, Paul headed up TA and more recently onboarding for Nokia, where his team delivers around 20000 hires across internal, external, early careers and executive hiring. Paul is interested in AI, leading and creating global organisations, culture and wellbeing, especially men’s mental health.
Paul is married with two teenage children and enjoys hiking, travel, cooking, and volunteering
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
Creating a new service delivery and business model globalising across TA delivery segments including integration of learning for internal candidiases.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
A bumpy start but recovery towards second half. More demand for integrated solutions internally and more desire for real business partnering and market knowledge from teams. As organisations become more global, expectation that TA teams can partner more effectively across borders.
