As a Talent Acquisition leader, Oliver’s passion lies in building, transforming, and scaling best-in-class TA teams whilst ensuring they directly align with business performance and growth. He is obsessed with commercialising TA by using creative strategies to support Global growth, Talent Intelligence, Brand and Sourcing strategies.
Oliver is a proud father of 2 girls, loves all sports, used to be a fashion designer, and has a dog called Spud.
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
I am proud of enabling my global team to be their best and establishing themselves in TA across multiple regions.
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
The RL Community has help me answer some deep TA questions through the cross sector knowledge from individual experiences. This has helped me deliver solutions across TA tech, processes, brand and people.
Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
Augmentation through AI will enable the TA industry in 2025 but the human relationships and Candidate experience will become even more important. The correct operating model and investment for TA will become even more important on the war for talent.
