With over 15 years of experience in recruitment, Oliver has spent the last 7 years scaling Stowe Family Law into the largest and fastest-growing specialist family law firm in the UK. As a PE-backed business, we’ve expanded from 10 offices to 90, driving growth through innovative, people-focused strategies.

Oliver is passionate about all things EVP, Employer Branding, and data, and actively contributes to their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Wellness ERGs. More recently, he’s played a role in shaping the M&A strategy, helping to drive our continued expansion.

Outside of work, Oliver is passionate about food, drink, dogs, Christmas, and all things sport and fitness. In 2025, Oliver will be taking part in an adventure sailing from South America to South Africa.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

Being part of the RL Community provides me with access to a wealth of collective expertise. Whether it’s crowdsourcing ideas or learning best practices from a diverse range of sectors, this network has been invaluable.

Over the past year, I’ve relied on these connections extensively for advice, particularly during the selection and implementation of our new ATS, where their insights and guidance proved indispensable.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

The use of AI will accelerate, for efficiency improvements, streamlining processes, improving CX, and predictive analytics for hiring decisions.
