What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Completing my certification in Business Coaching and starting my Masters in Executive Coaching. Plus learning about AI along the way.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

I’m very excited about the changes that AI is bringing to the industry. It offers a lot of opportunity to deliver more at a time when we are challenged to cut costs and reduce headcount. I’m particularly excited about the prospect of leveraging AI Agents to get my human teams to focus on delivering even more exceptional experience and advise to our stakeholders.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

I’m hoping to shift us to a skills based model in 2026 and get rid of the CV finally. AI and automation should help to some extent.
