Nerida has been in Talent Acquisition for over 20 years and has a real passion for all things talent attraction. She’s driven by the opportunity to help people achieve their career goals and to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Nerida is also passionate about inspiring the next generation to reach their potential and show them the possibilities within their careers.
Outside of work, Nerida all about sport. She loves watching pretty much anything, whether it’s on TV or live – weekends are typically packed with sporting events and the thrill that comes with them!
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
A professional achievement I’m particularly proud of from 2024 is joining RICS to lead their Talent Acquisition transformation. It’s been an exciting journey to shape and refine their recruitment processes. Additionally, hosting the Employer Brand Stage at Recfest 2024 and serving as a judge at the IHR Awards have been incredible opportunities to share insights, learn from others, and contribute to the wider recruitment community.
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
The RL Community has helped me immensely this year. I often share my experiences with others because it has been pivotal in my learning journey. Being part of the community has supported me in staying ahead of industry trends, deepening my expertise, and further solidifying my position as a leader in Talent Acquisition.

Data Driven insights and incorporating AI and key TA metrics into all stages of the recruitment process
