I believe the TA industry is at a crossroads — defining its true value and evolving beyond traditional recruitment to become strategic talent partners. As organisations adapt to new ways of working, TA professionals have a critical opportunity to shape the future of work, influence workforce strategy, and act as broader Talent Leaders within the business.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Next year, my priorities include redefining our EVP and employer brand to ensure we remain a compelling destination for top talent, while also implementing a new ATS to modernise and optimise our recruitment processes. These projects will position the organisation to attract, engage, and retain the right people in an increasingly competitive market.
