Over 18 years of being in the TA space and I still love it as much now as I always have done. Mum to 2 boys I spend my weekend cheering my kids on whilst watching them play football and my weeks solving recruitment problems for the Uks largest provider of Early Years Education.
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Building an amazing team of people who would literally do anything to help each other out. Our nps scores as a team have skyrocketed and as a result we rolled out iCIMS and Zinc this year which was the most successful IT project ever delivered at Busy Bees.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Continued focus on efficiency using AI, a closer relationship with Talent and a move towards social mobility over DE and I initiatives.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Early careers and candidate experience. How do we really shift to attract the right candidates who are motivated to be the best educators for the children we look after.
