Michelle has more than two decades of senior talent acquisition leadership experience, having built a career shaping high-performing recruitment functions across some of the UK’s most recognisable retail, automotive, and consumer brands. Currently Head of Recruitment at European Tyre Enterprise Limited, whose brands include Kwik Fit, Stapletons Tyres, STS Tyre Pros, Central Tyre, Murfitts Industries Limited and Fettle. In this role, Michelle leads the end-to-end recruitment strategy that supports an operation focused on customer safety, customer excellence and industry-leading innovation.
Before joining European Tyre Enterprise Limited. Michelle held a number of senior resourcing positions with well-known organisations such as Dreams, Travis Perkins Group and Mothercare PLC. Throughout these roles she has been responsible for designing and delivering scalable recruitment solutions, building employer brands, leading large resourcing teams, and supporting business growth during periods of significant transformation. Michelle’s earlier career in operational roles gave her a strong foundation and understanding of frontline challenges, enabling her to build recruitment strategies that truly support the needs of the business
