What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
This year has been quite the feat, we’ve launched an early carers program, a CRM and stood up a GCC.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
In the rapidly changing world of AI, TA will need to continually adapt to adoption and navigating the challenges it presents but ultimately I think we’ll start to see a full circle where much of the impact we bring is in the human connection

Scaling the GCC, building a new Operating model globally and adapting TA into skills based hiring
