What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
To get through the last 2 years having 3 CPO’s, 6 CFO’s and 2 CEO’s in my current business!
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
I think we will come to realise AI / Tech could disrupt and benefit the whole TA space. Its going to create a lot more problems that we will need to solve too as we have to continue with the human element of hiring.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
ATS Implementation, Workforce Planning, Building out a new TA function and TBH will be in a new role / business that I will need to get my head around.
