Have reduced 1st year attrition at Rightmove from 35% to its current level of just over 20% (and declining)
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
I think TA has never been more unpredictable. With the macro-economic instability, the increased use of AI and automation, the constant need to do more with less, it’s about really raising the bar on measuring impact!
