Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with expertise in talent acquisition across a range of sectors, including financial services, law, utilities, and FMCG. She is currently the Talent Acquisition Director at Royal Mail, where she leads the talent acquisition strategy and team, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent to support its critical role in delivering services nationwide.
Previously, Lisa headed talent acquisition for Nestlé in the UK & Ireland, contributing to the growth of the organisation through strategic recruitment initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Lisa spent 10 years on the vendor side, where she founded and led a start-up recruitment platform, TribePad. She successfully brought the software to market, securing high-profile clients such as Tesco, the BBC, KFC, and G4S. This entrepreneurial venture provided Lisa with unique insights into leveraging technology to enhance the hiring process by automating repetitive tasks while maintaining a strong focus on candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
Lisa’s diverse experience, spanning corporate, vendor, and agency roles, gives her a deep understanding of how to align talent strategies with business goals, using both technology and human-centric approaches to drive success. In her spare time Lisa likes to ski, spend time with her teenage daughters and three cocker spaniels!
