With a background and real interest in psychology, Lisa has spent the majority of her career in HR specialist and business partnering roles, early on within financial services, joining CCEP 20 years ago, and working in various HR leadership roles across Commercial and supply chain.

Lisa transitioned into Talent Acquisition 4 years ago, attracted by the opportunities to build a strategic Talent Acquisition function integrated within our strategic priorities and promote inclusion and diversity. This is a passion point of hers and a key driver for her to attract the best talent.

Lisa supports and work best within a collaborative and relationship-driven environment, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect. What she loves about the world of TA, is the opportunity to innovate and drive continuous improvement. The world is changing rapidly and AI will enhance our world of work, but always with a balanced, human approach.

Lisa’s key focus is to continue to enhance CCEP’s employer brand in an authentic way, leveraging employee stories and content to attract the best talent who will really thrive at CCEP.

In her spare time, Lisa loves to stay active. She’s recently taken up tennis, yoga for mindfulness, and likes to spend as much time outdoors in nature, usually accompanied by her beloved Romanian rescue dog. Socialising with friends and family is important, Lisa samples the best Manchester has to offer in the way of restaurants and events!

What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

Moving the dial significantly on diversity in hiring, ensuring that the people that work that make, move and sell our fantastic brands are representative of the communities that love and buy them.

How has the RL Community helped you this year?

I was introduced to the RL community a few years ago. The community is generous in sharing ideas, best practice and openly discussing common issues and possible solutions, all to drive professionalism and reputation for Talent Acquisition as a key strategic function in organisations.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

2025 will continue to present opportunities for TA to align more with future business needs and skills. AI continues to shape recruitment strategies, important to embrace this and integrate into your strategy.

Developing an authentic Employer Value Proposition and employer brand to attract the right people who will thrive and skills-based hiring will be key to attract and retain talent for a future ready organisation.

Quality of hiring remains a focus, using enhanced data and insights, and initiatives to elevate marketing of roles through trusted networks; plus targeted initiatives such as employee referral programmes. To name a few!
