A mum of 3 and dedicated Head of Talent at Warburtons, Lauren acquired 15 years industry experience across FTSE250 agency, international search and FTSE100 in-house roles. She’s passionate about all things people related, they’re complicated, and changing jobs it’s such a huge life decision! Lauren is fascinated to see how technology enhances HR and how we as talent leaders harbour these advancements to better overall experience. Outside of the day job, Lauren enjoys the gym, getting outdoors, and spending quality time with her family!
What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
At my previous organisation we launched a new careers site in 2024, an intricate exercise navigating complex requirements across a multinational and multi branded retail group.
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
I’m new to the RL community but see huge value in the dedication and contribution of all its members.
What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
Lots of investment in technology to enhance end to end recruitment experience. Not all will prove successful, lots of trial and error and lived experience to determine best practice for the industry. Skills based hiring will continue to disrupt how we attract and retain talent, strategic workforce planning for the future.
