What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Joining the RL100 earlier this year has been the ‘standout’ moment in my talent acquisition journey. I have been able to broaden out my professional network and knowledge across our sector, and have had access to advice and support through the regular ‘meet ups’ and discussion groups.
It’s also provided me with the space to invest in my own development, as well as giving me the confidence to say yes to new external opportunities, including being invited to the Parliamentary Launch of the National Hiring Strategy and serving as a judge for this year’s British Recruitment Awards.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Over the next 12 month I think we’ll continue to see our sector dominated by AI driven efficiency, automation and the candidate experience which will in turn re-define the role of the recruiter.
I also believe that TA will further develop it’s influence at a leadership level, as the business continue to understands our impact on workforce strategy and organisational design.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
We will continue to embed assessment and selection philosophy, tools and training and further optimise our technology platforms
