What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

At the start of the year I was promoted to Head of TA for UK and EMEA to continue on the work I had done in the UK and expand best practice and operations to the EMEA region.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

We are going to continue to be asked to do more with less and TA leaders have to be savvy about how we do this.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

How AI and TA work together to enhance process and candidate and stakeholder journeys.
How to partner and work with Resource Management to prioritise strategic internal talent deployment and supplement it with external hiring.
