What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in talent acquisition. We’ve launched a range of schemes to bring in fresh, diverse talent and evolved our approach to inclusive hiring, making our recruitment processes more accessible and fair. We’ve also improved how we manage talent by introducing initiatives that help us retain and develop great people.

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

I’ve learned so much as the RL100 summits and events and loved the support from the network.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

I think there’s potential for AI to help us make advances in workforce planning, and I see more roles broadening our to think about the whole talent cycle, not just acquisition or development. I also think there will more focus on internal mobility and retention.
