What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

We have expanded the BBC Extend programme, our flagship initiative to support Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent talent. We’ve made over 100 hires through the programme and broadened it to include our career development schemes, supporting our disabled colleagues to thrive and progress in their careers.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

I think data and technology will drive more personalised, and therefore inclusive, candidate experiences.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Continued work on BBC Extend but also reviewing all our other talent schemes and initiatives. There will be a stronger focus on partnerships with other organisations.
