What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

In 2024, two major highlights marked my career: leading the streamlining of systems and processes by consolidating three systems into one unified “system of truth,” this is something I had done before but this was a particularly challenging yet rewarding initiative that drove greater efficiency. Additionally, I spearheaded a successful shift in employer brand awareness and perception, particularly in Greece, where brand recognition increased by 50% through targeted TA-focused initiatives and employer advocacy. This included a 15% increase in LinkedIn followers over just six months, further enhancing the company’s reputation and visibility.

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

Amazing network of likeminded TA Leaders. Great summits with topical and thought-provoking content

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

A slow and tricky start. The market overall is still flat, hiring needs to increase across the board for TA to become more of a priority for a business again. More TA roles are blending into acquisition and overall talent/culture, which is interesting and an opportunity for some.
