How has the RL Community/helped you this year?
The RL community has helped provide me advice on a range of questions/issues throughout the year. Engaging and networking with other resourcing leaders has been so beneficial to my personal growth and inspired fresh new perspectives.
Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
The TA industry is going to have to embrace advancements in AI and to leverage how it can automate tasks alongside keeping human contact. Other trends I predict is a rise in skills-based hiring, more focus on the candidate experience, using data to prove that the TA function has value, and potentially reduced TA teams headcount whilst still delivering the results.
