A result driven, commercial and passionate HR/Talent Acquisition professional. Kat gained some of her experience in agency and RPO side but mainly in corporate (in-house), matrix, global business environments (FMCG, Technology, Telecom). Kat works closely with external suppliers and internally with HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Being the first NATO body who implemented a hybrid TA in-house – RPO structure to ensure timely recruitment deliverables in a highly regulated environment.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

Increased focus on internal going and internal mobility.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Hopefully an ATS implementation and further development of early career programme and retention.
