What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Karen has recently kick-started her Change Agenda within Global Talent Management at Exadel with some big technology tactical wins (Implemented Horsefly & renewed existing ATS), and strategic improvements (redesigning the Operating Model, creating the Global Talent Hub concept and fundamentally reimagining the way we hire, train & deploy our 1300+ strong software engineering, resulting in massive commercial gains, operating efficiencies and increased speed of hiring.

Innovation- AI or Die! TA need to get with the program or be left behind!
