What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?
During an unprecedented period of 300% growth due to heavy investment in the water industry, Kait successfully orchestrated the transition from a 16-year incumbent MSP to a new provider, following a comprehensive tender process for managing our contingent workforce. This transformation encompassed the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the development of robust early career, onboarding, and screening components. Additionally, Kait established two new teams to strategically support and partner with the business, while simultaneously coaching and restructuring the existing team to elevate performance and capability.
How has the RL Community/helped you this year?
Through transformation it’s crucial to know which partners to lean on or which tech everyone recommends to ensure the smoothest implementation. The RL community provide this insight and supporting documents if requested.
Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
Budgets are requiring us to do more with less and this slows down impactful transformation. There is a need for established recruiter teams to parachute in with minimal ramp up time to drive delivery whilst in house focus on change management
