Jules specialises in building and optimising in-house recruitment functions – leading reviews, rebuilds, insourcing, outsourcing and RPO solutions to drive growth, efficiency and deliver long-term impact. Completing the full recruitment transformation and rebuild across EDF group companies.
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
We will see the blending of delivery functions, focusing on non-employed flexibility as hiring stabilises, tech developments embed and future skills requirements become clearer.
I expect to see continued focus on SWP and future skills planning; supplier wise it’s inevitable that the small AI players will be absorbed into the larger tech offerings and i predict that supplier growth will be in the area of workforce and external talent insights.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
I hope to be joining a mid sized PE backed global business looking to professionalise and scale. I’m looking forward to broadening my role to a wider talent remit to build a compelling and meaningful talent story.
