What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Launch of a group wide (38,000 employees / 40+ countries) approach to interviewing, including new automated, dynamic interview guides aligned to a new behavioural framework. Increased the use of structured interviewing from 30% to 70% of all interviews.

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

At the end of the day, what we do in TA is pretty simple — we help businesses find great people, and we help people find work that feels meaningful and fulfilling. That core purpose isn’t going anywhere. What will change is how we get there. AI will take away a lot of the repetitive work and make things more efficient, but it won’t replace the human side of recruitment. The real skill for TA teams will be learning how to use AI responsibly — in a way that gives us more time to do what really matters: connecting with people, understanding their stories, and helping them find their place.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Building AI fluency in our TA and wider HR teams – and looking at how we start to recruit for AI fluency across all our hiring.
Revamping our core TA reporting capability to deliver more mission critical insights to the business
Continued expansion of our hiring hubs into Mexico, Japan, China and India
