Global Head of TA Transformation, IMI PLC

Jennifer’s background spans over 25 years of broad global ta leadership across large multinational organisations (Cargill, Mondelez, SABMiller) and has been focused on global change and transformation across this space. Jennifer is currently consulting as global head of ta transformation for IMI plc, a FTSE 100 11k employee engineering organisation headquartered in the UK. She’s led teams spanning over 70 countries, up to 160K employees and teams up to 460 globally in the TA space across industries such as FMCG, food ingredients and agriculture, to retail, financial services, engineering, and telecommunications. Outside of work, you can find Jennifer playing mum taxi to two competitive swimming teenage sons (ages 16 and 14) for 20 hours a week practice, officiating swim meets and enjoying her 4 Norwegian forest cats. Her favourite COVID buy is her Swanage holiday home where she is “off the hook” when she’s there enjoying time with her partner Steve, family and friends.

What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?

Starting my own Limited company for consulting purposes; also setting up a Global TA target operating model and 3 year strategy for IMI plc and selling this to the business

What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

TA and Talent are seeing a convergence overall – we will see higher drive for efficiency gains and lower headcount in TA to automate the mundane but humanise the experience.

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

Watch this space – my consulting contract is nearing its completion and currently interviewing and considering both permanent or further consulting assignments.
