Jenna has recently been promoted to Director of Talent, a role that now encompasses responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Talent Development at Harrods. She’s particularly excited about the opportunity to influence the entire candidate-to-employee lifecycle, as she believes this holistic focus will help her team drive both growth and employee success.
In addition to her professional journey, Jenna has just returned from maternity leave after welcoming her third child. Outside of work, you’ll often find Jenna as a spectator on the sidelines of a sports field, supporting her kids. She’s also passionate about cooking and has an undeniable obsession with recipe books, always on the lookout for new things to cook!
How has the RL Community helped you this year?
Even though I’ve been on maternity leave, being part of the RL Community has kept me connected to the world of Talent Acquisition. It’s made coming back to work feel much easier and less overwhelming, as I’ve been able to stay in touch with industry trends and maintain relationships with others in the field.
What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
I believe that talent development will increasingly become more integrated into Talent Acquisition, allowing us to have a greater impact on the entire candidate-to-employee lifecycle. This shift will enable us to drive deeper connections and create more cohesive strategies that support both the hiring process and long-term employee development.
