Jen is all about empowering working mums, improving candidate experiences and using strategic workforce planning to help businesses thrive. Jen has built and led high-performing teams across Education, Fintech, Law, and Telecoms, working in PE-backed, employee-owned, and FTSE 250 companies.
Outside of TA, Jen is a big crafter and an even bigger United fan. She is a dog lover and love walks in the country with her dog and kids.

Networking, sharing ideas with industry leaders. I have launched so many projects at BPP which started as ideas from RL events.
Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?
I think 2025 will see the rise of Candidate Centric and Ethical Recruitment
Recruitment should always put candidates first.
Candidates are using AI to apply for roles and as a result TA need to be implementing it into their strategy and finding the balance of AI and human candidate experience.
