What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
Joining the National Taskforce for modernising future hiring in the UK. Rolling out a Global ATS
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
The future of hiring in the UK will be human centric, skills based and AI enabled. Employers are shifting away from traditional credentials and focusing on what people can actually do, with soft skills like adaptability, empathy and communication becoming key differentiators. AI will play a bigger role in streamlining admin and matching skills, but the human touch: fairness, inclusion, clear communication and empathy, will define the candidate experience. Organisations that blend technology with people first hiring and invest in continuous upskilling will be best placed to attract and retain top talent.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
In 2026 my focus will be on strengthening how we hire and how we show up as an employer. I’ll be defining and activating a clear EVP to bring our employer brand to life, building a demand planning model to get ahead of workforce needs, and rolling out our mandatory ‘Licence to Recruit’ programme to ensure every hiring manager is equipped and confident to make great hiring decisions. I will also be looking at integration TA functions amongst our acquisitions
