Human Success Partner (Talent & EB Lead)

Heidi started in TA 16 years ago – and soon discovered her passion for the trade and for leading people. She is an advocate for DEI&B; and I create processes with an aim of making people feel a sense of belonging. Heidi is also passionate about AI, and how it can change the TA industry while keeping it human. On a personal side, Heidi has twin boys aged 7 which take up most of her free time. The rest is occupied with friends, books, music and dancing.

What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

Authenticity in leadership is a balance that can be difficult to navigate in. I am proud of the strong network I have built because of my authenticity. To see how that network shows up on rainy days, is a professional highlight of not only this year, but my professional career.

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

This community is my go-to whenever I am facing professional challanges where I need to think outside the box. Or if I want to understand a new tool, learn about new tech, talent tendencies, etc. On a personal note, this network also consists of the most amazing people who will have your back and support you no matter what.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

AI will be on the agenda for most companies but only a few will be able to truly harness it’s power and thus gain from it.
