If Hattie were a stick of rock, you’d see the word ‘talent’ in her core – that’s how passionate she is! That includes finding and spotting talent, enabling talent to shine and to realise their potential from apprentices, right the way through to leadership roles, as well as (and importantly), supporting those from all corners of life to find meaningful employment and purpose. This year marks Hattie’s 25th year working in talent and that passion is as strong today as it ever was.

I was shortlisted for the 2025 Northern Power Women Awards as Mentor of the Year
How has the RL Community/helped you this year?
Having kept an eye on the topics in the RL Hub and having been lucky enough to attend a summit, it’s enabling me to stay relevant in the industry and gain insights to make better decisions.
