What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

Talent Ecosystems will become real – something now talked about and being trialled but still so very new.
I see many more companies building ecosystems of talent made up of communities of freelancers, alumni, gig workers, and full-time employees all connected through a shared platform (ideally!). Hiring will become fluid, dynamic, and based on real-time project needs

What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?

1. Piloting Smart Recruiter: utilising AI to support the assessment and selection of candidates utilising AI
2. Executive onboarding: designing personalised journeys for senior hires including coaching, cultural immersion to increase speed to competence
3. Creating improved talent intelligence / dashboards to better forecast talent gaps and begin to inform workforce plans
