Joining the HR Advisory Council to help improve efficiencies for all our HR Business Partners globally.

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

Keeping up to date with TA trends. Understanding how other companies approach strategic workforce planning.

Finally, what is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

TA will (or should) partner more closely with Talent Management to help succession planning with internal and external talent. Hiring will stay steady but improve Q3 2025
