Embedded the first phase of Deloitte’s strategic workforce plan out to 2031, working with key business stakeholders across UKI and Europe to determine appropriate skills and location of future talent needs
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Successful teams will adapt and embed AI into their processes but identify where to retain the all important human element. I think TA will also continue to be more predictive with talent needs and have a keen eye on reskilking workforce rather than always buying new talent in.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
For 2026 I anticipate working on further system and process implementation to maximize efficiency along with strategic workforce planning.
